For more information on upcoming changes, you can access the TCD Alumni FAQ page here.

1 . Start by going to drive.google.com via a Google Chrome Browser and sign into your @tcd account.

2 . Click on the "Advanced Search" icon, found in the Google Drive Search bar.

This will drop down a menu of options to refine your search.

It is recommended that you use the "Owner" section to select files "Owned by me" if you are used to sharing files.

Then Click on the drop down menu under "Date Modified" and select "Custom"

Under the "Date Modified" section, use the "Before Date" section to enter a date.

This will allow you to search for any files that have not been modified since before this date.

3 . Click the "Search" button to then see a list of all documents you own that have not been modified since the date you selected.

4 . When you have your list of files, Highlight the ones you want to delete.

5 . Once you have highlighted/selected some files, you will see the delete icon appear at the top of the screen.

Click on this to delete selected items.

These items will be moved to your bin in Google Drive, which is automatically emptied every 30 days.
