Gmail Web app overview
1 . Start by going to gmail.com via a Google Chrome Browser and sign into your @tcd email account.
2 . Click on the Main Menu icon to show or hide your main menu.
2a . The main menu contains the "Compose" option to create new Emails.
2b . All your Labels, that are used to organise your emails, can also be found under the main menu
3 . Click on Inbox in the main menu to see all emails in your inbox.
3a . Your emails will appear in a list to the side of your main menu
3b . You can view a maximum of 100 emails per page in Gmail. Use the arrows in the top right corner to move between your pages.
To the left of the arrows see how many of your emails you are viewing.
4 . Use the Search bar to quickly look for emails using key words, names and email addresses.
4a . Click on the Show Search options icon to see more search fields to refine your search and create filters (rules).

5 . Click on the Settings icon to see all your Gmail settings options.

Gmail Mobile app overview
1 . Make sure you have downloaded the Gmail Mobile Application to your mobile device and signed in as instructed.
2 . Find the option to compose new emails at the bottom of the mobile app.
3 . See all your emails centred on the home screen. Tap on an email to see it in full.
4 . Tap on "Search in Gmail" at the top of the screen and enter a few words, names or email addresses to search through your emails.
5 . Click on the Main Menu icon to see your main menu appear.
5a . In your main menu you can:
• Change your status
• See the different sections and labels of your Gmail (Scroll down)
• Find your Gmail Settings for the Mobile app
